For colour services, I recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance. For cuts and styling, 1-2 weeks is typically sufficient. For special events, please book as early as possible.

As a session stylist, I prioritize hair health above all else. Many transformations, especially significant colour changes, require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results while maintaining hair integrity. I'll never compromise your hair's health for immediate results. This approach allows me to assess how your hair responds to initial treatments, make adjustments as needed, and build toward your goals progressively. Even with haircuts, I often find the second session creates more refined, personalized results as we've established a foundation and understanding of how your hair behaves.
Why do you take a session approach to hair services?
As a session stylist, I view your hair journey as ongoing rather than a one-time service. Initial appointments for complex colour work might be shorter than expected because I prioritize progressive transformations that protect hair health. I'll always provide realistic timelines during your consultation, including how many sessions might be needed for your desired result. For some transformations, we'll plan a series of appointments spaced 4-6 weeks apart to achieve optimal results without compromising your hair's integrity.
How does your session approach affect appointment timing and planning?
For services exceeding a certain amount, I can discuss payment options. For extension services and major colour transformations, a deposit is required at booking.
Do you offer payment plans for more expensive services?
I request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or affect future booking availability.
